Professional Summary
As a tax officer in the field of outreach, service, and public relations in the guidance and document management section, I am committed to enhancing tax awareness and understanding among the public. In this role, I am involved in various activities aimed at strengthening the relationship between the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP) and taxpayers.
One of my primary responsibilities is conducting education through third parties. By collaborating with various institutions and organizations, I ensure that tax information is conveyed accurately and effectively to different segments of society. This cooperation with third parties allows for wider dissemination of information and reaches more specific targets.
I am also responsible for monitoring and evaluating the implementation of tax education activities. This process is essential to ensure that the education programs conducted are in line with the set objectives and provide the expected positive impact. Through continuous evaluation, I can identify areas that need improvement and develop new strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the education programs.
Additionally, I manage the packaging of tax documents other than the Annual Tax Return (SPT) to be sent or collected by the Tax Document and Data Management Center (PPDDP) or the Tax Data and Document Management Office (KPDDP). This task requires precision and care to ensure that all documents are processed and delivered correctly.
I am also involved in writing news articles on the edukasi.pajak.go.id channel. Through these articles, I aim to present tax information in an understandable and engaging manner for readers. These articles serve not only as a source of information but also as a tool to increase tax awareness and compliance.
Furthermore, I am active in the Tax Awareness Inclusion activities in Higher and Secondary Education. This program aims to introduce the concepts and importance of taxation to students. By building tax awareness from an early age, we hope to create a generation that is more aware of and compliant with tax obligations.
Through all these activities, I strive to make a positive contribution to DJP and society. As a tax officer, I believe that effective education and communication are key to increasing tax awareness and compliance in Indonesia. With a holistic and integrated approach, I hope to help create a better and more sustainable tax system.
